Hello! We are Jon and Akul, the creators of JABuilds. In 2024, we decided that we just wanted to build PCs together, so we built this company. We are currently High Schoolers in New York who sometimes use our freetime to build PCs.
Hey! I'm Akul, one of the creators of JABuilds. I started building PCs during COVID when I needed a way to play video games. In all honesty, I was a noob — it had no graphics card, nor a competent CPU — but through that I learned the core skills in making a computer. I hope to share my love of computers and skills to others in hopes of teaching others how to build their own PCs.
Like many other children, I often indulge in video games. However, when I first started a few years ago, I used a gaming laptop, which often either broke or overheated, leading to immeasurable frustration on my end. Out of spite, I built a PC from scratch, leading to my current interest in building them.
